Gumtree and eBay ad

I have just seen a ad on gumtree with a eBay logo.

Clicked on it and it took me to the eBay listing.

Can we do this or is it just what eBay does on its own.

As I know we can share our posts to facebook etc.

Does anyone know? Thanks Wendy😍

Sellers cannot do this themselves it is something eBAy does mainly with vehicles I believe
