The title says it all I have been selling multiple items at £0.99 with over 100+ feedback saying I done my job right the few customers I get say that they did'nt get the items there for I get a negative feedback due to becuase of that so this has been on going problem.

ebay say they can't remove feedback due to how the buyer feels but if you have a account with us and you pay us $$$ then we can remove it funny to see how it works for them the big companys.
