Hope someone can help. I ordered a part from abroad & it has not appeared. The money left my account, but the seller has no record & says it is not their bank details. The part ordered is not in my purchase hiostory for some strange reason so I can't (don't know how to) raise an investigation into a transaction that is not listed on my ebat even though I have a transaction number. Any one know how I do this? Many thanks
