it was announced in Feb and the policy came into force on 1st April

GTC for 30 days and automatic reslist

If seems that you do not pay to list and if you have any free listings left when the item relists after 30 days then it will be free

If you do not list many items then you should not have a problem with this

If you listed a lot then you would have to watch that you had not run out of Free listings when your items relist or you would be charged

The difference with Fixed Price and GTC is that there are no short listings on GTC

You would need to use auction if you wanted shorter listings

You need to be careful as it is not entirely clear how this will work

You can end GTC anytime after the first 5 days
