Global tracking not updated for 10 days

Hello,

Does anyone know if it's normal for items sent under Global Shipping scheme (Uk  to USA) not to be updated for ten days? The last update was on 25th January when it cleared customs at Concord State and nothing since.  I don't sell a lot on eBay, but on a couple of occasions before, I remember tracking updating often. Getting worried as it was due for delivery today 4th February.

If an item gets lost when sent by the Globel Shipping programme then it is not your problem

You do need to deal with any problem properly 

The estimated days of delivery are just an estimate and can take longer

Just wait and see what happens

Thank you for replying. I know I'm not responsible if the item gets lost once it leaves the Litchfield Centre. I just wondered if other sellers had similar experiences and it it was normal not to update for that long or if it looks like it might be lost.

Difficult to say if it is just a update problem
All you can do is just wait and see what happens but I would not contact the buyer in any way
