Could anybody please tell me if an item I have bought through Global Shipping Programme from USA could have been despatched yet if the seller hasn't marked it as despatched or entered any tracking info? (i.e. Is this the same as when we buy items within the UK in as much as if the tracking number isn't entered by the seller the item could just turn up?) I was under the impression that if you buy something through the GSP then the system would link and automatically send me updates, but does this rely on the seller entering the initial tracking info? even though I purchased 10 days ago the item isn't yet marked as despatched and the seller is not answering me. I can't find any information about this in the help pages and the auto assistant can't answer the question. Hope that makes sense, Many thanks for any advice
There could be numerous tracking numbers -
Seller to USA Global hub - that hub to UK - UK hub to you etc.
Best wait and not received open a case.
