Global shipping programme

I have had an email from ebay informing me that I am going to be enrolled into their Global Shipping programme (which I do not want to be!). I see there will be an opt out email coming at some point but my question is this. I only sell within the UK, how is this new system going to affect me? I don't want to be in it and I use the post office for smaller items and Hermes for big heavy parcels, I wanto to stay this way as I do not want to buy through ebay or use the  Click & Drop service. Am I still going to be sell in the usual way within the UK??

Yes, this change only relates to transactions outside the UK.

Yes you can continue with your UK Sales. Just use the Opt Out Option when EBay Message you regarding Global Shipping. It really isn't suitable for low cost Items anyway.

Make sure you have your Buyer requirements on your account set to block countrires you dont sell too

SEt your prefences as tight as you can

If you dont sell overseas then you would not use GSP

As long as you only have post to UK and UK postage on the listings then they should not be able to bid.

To opt out you go to Site preferences under Shortcuts then Postage and packaging the edit our of globel shipping programme.

This is how you would normally do it but it may be different under the new polcy
