Global shipping program item arrived damaged

Good afternoon,

I bought some items from the US (I'm based in the UK), I paid all the postage and customs. They have arrived damaged. Will the GSP/Ebay refund postage and customs charges if I go through the process of returning the items? It was a substantial amount and I don't want to pay it again for replacements.

You open a not as described dispute in the resolution centre and make sure ebay know it was GSP

The seller makes sure they know it is GSP

The seller is not responsible for items that are damaged after they leave the hub

Hi, thanks for the reply. Yes I know how to return it, it's the refund of the customs/postage that I'm enquiring about.

once you win your case Global international charges will be refunded to you by Pitney Bowes [they run Global].
