Hi there I have just sold an item, buyer is from Ireland I had postage down at 3.90 and now its gone up to 11.90 when I didn't change it, thought I would just be paying the normal charge but its saying buyer has to pay the courier for global shipping what does this mean? Do I get an address to send to the shipping centre ? How will RM no that's where its going as buyers Irish address will be on parcel
The buyer pays the higher amount you just pay for the parcel to be sent via a tracked means to the shipping centre in Derby. In theory once the item has arrived safely then the shipping centre forward it on to the buyer overseas and that's where your responsibility for the package ends.
It's too late to opt out of this one but if you didn't want to be n the GSP then there is an option to opt out for future listings.
