Hi

I seem to be having issues with a guy in Germany, Im in the UK.  He has bought at least 10 items from me, and keeps asking for an invoice. As im using the Global Shipping Prorgram, I cant issue one . He keeps asking for my Pay Pal details and the shipping costs to Germany. Suggestions please.

open unpaid cases for each transaction. 

Do not send PayPal details.
