Global Shipping non-delivery

I'm still checking out the help pages, but I thought I'd put this out here too while I look....

 

I have a package sent from the UK via Global Shipping to the US, and my buyer tells me the item tracking suggests it has been delivered, but he has not recieved the item..

just checking here to see if anyone has any advice for a speedy resolution to this one -primarily for my buyer to track down his purchase, then secondly if that fails, sorting out refunds (to us both).

The delivery company in the US is wnDirect...

 

Any avice/suggestions would be most welcome!

Bottom line is if the tracking shows delivery the buyer would not win a "Not received" case or get a refund from ebay or Paypal.   Ask them to ask their neighbours in case someone has taken it in.
