As you say, the label show have the UK hub on it. If not that suggests either the buyer's country is excluded from GSP or the item is.
You can either send direct if you can send an invoice with increased postage on it, or issue cancellation via More Actions, far right of the item on your sold list > Cancel order > Something wrong with buyer's address.
If you cancel you could contact buyer, let them know why and relist with direct postage on the listing for them to buy again.
