Hello,
I wish to share and learn from my disappointing experience as a buyer with the global shipping program but I cannot find a means of contacting a representative.
1. Seller urged me to contact the global shipping program several times, but did not provide me with a contact. In ebay there is no clear way of how to contact a global shipping program representitive
2. I experienced a very slow postage service (1 month from UK to Malta!)
3. 2 items arrived in 1 package but I had to pay individually i.e. 1 package but I paid for 2
4. Due to my disappointing experience with this shipment I will not purchase any other items to which shipping is offered via the Global Shipping Program unless there is a clear means of communication between seller / shipper / buyer
5. If I am disappointed with the shipping to whom shall I rate the poor service? The seller for not getting in touch with the ebay global shipping and ractify the issue, or the shipper which after all is eBay's service?
