Globa Shipping Import Charges

Hello,

Does anyone know how Import Charges are applied when an item is listed as Buy It Now with Offers then sells at a lower Offer value. I recently sold items into the EU from the UK via the GSP - some were straight Buy It Now and others were Buy It Now with Offers. The Buy It Now with Offers items sold for about half of their Buy Value but it looks like the Import Charges were still based upon the Buy It Now value. I deduced this from the fact that I had an item that sold for more money via a straight Buy Now ( when compared to the other item sold on Offer ) and it incurred a much lower Import charge. I must state that all of these items were shipped from the same UK address to the same address in the EU and all were the same weight and size.

I have spoken with ebay and they currently can't give me any answers. I need to fully understand how this GSP Import charge works with items sold as Buy It Now with Offers. I get the feeling that there may be a huge number of people being overcharged on Import Charges - it could be a GSP software issue?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
