Where on earth do eBay put these offers so you can check!
The buyer said her computer was playing up, paid the full amount and asked me to refund the difference - except I can't find a copy?
Offers often show at top of page.
But ebay make them not sellers, sellers receive full amount, so you don't have to refund buyer.
If they didn't apply code at checkout, too late.
