For some time I've been experiencing problems getting items delivered to a "click and collect" address.
An example address for a recent order is as below;
Hempstead Valley
eCP:GAHXJJXW
Hempstead ME7 3PB
United Kingdom
Some delivery services have had problems delivering because the address is "incomplete" as they have stated.
Hermes have managed, as well as Royal Mail, but for some reason Yodel do not seem able to deliver.
Address should read as;
Argos within Sainsburys
Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre
Hempstead Valley
eCP:GAHXJJXW
Hempstead ME7 3PB
United Kingdom
Now, the problem is, when trying to relay the problem the Ebay Customer Services, their agents seem adverse to help rectify the problem or are unable to help! Seems to be way above their "pay grade" so to speak.
Solution, would be to make contact with the higher level of Customer Service, if one does exist. Or even a Manager or Executive that does have the power to address this problem.
I know this anomaly is causing problems for other buyers and sellers, ongoing for a few weeks now.
How do I cut through the "red tape" to get this request to the right dept or person within Ebay??
Any suggetions/solutions would be most helpful.
