INTENDED TO BUY, NOT PAID, NO REPLY

A buyer has won my Item 383528556480 but he hasn't paid yet. I do not want to be messed around by my customers and would like his £18 removed from his bank account if he doesn't pay in the next few days, this be a good option because he has willing offers

I do not want to take action until a few days which within, money should be withdraw from his account if he thinks he can get away unpaying. clear evidence shows in the past 2 days before i accepted his offer, he made several offers showing his intent of buying and clear interest.

I cant see anything you have sold

I expect it has been removed as you say This is a digital purchase you will not receive anything through the post

If you have a non payer you open a non payment dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre.

You can open one after 2 days and close after another 4 days.

You get your final value fees back the non payer gets a strike and neither of you can leave feedback.

If you dont do this then ebay do not know you did not get paid and you have to pay the fees.

You have 32 days to open a dispute

ebay can't take the money from the buyer like that

a buyer has 48 hours in which to pay,

if they don't pay in that time the seller can open a non payment case after 48 hours

the buyer is then given another 4 days in which to pay,

if they still don't pay the seller closes the case, gets their final value fee refunded and can relist the item

how long ago did they make the offer and how long did it take you to accept it?

The buyer sent one on the 21st and the 22nd and I accepted it on the 23rd no reply from him, no pay

Did you have best offer on the listing because it should be showing as sold if you did.

I had offers active, and I accepted the buyers offer so I'm guessing its listed as "best offer". It's not listed anymore because he's meant to pay, though he hasn't

Fair enough, do as advised and open an unpaid item case after 2 days and close it 4 days later.

yes it wont show its classed as sold because the buyer intended to buy but hasn't paid. My item is under the sold section

items are classed as 'sold' as soon as an offer is accepted,

You don't appear to have sold anything,so has the item been removed by ebay,if yes,then thats one reason the buyer hasnt paid.

You need to address your listings and remove your email address,and you can not list digitally delivered items,so best you read uo on ebays listing policies and prohibited items etc here,https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/listing-policies/listing-policies?id=4213

It exists, you wont be able to find it since its technically sold, the buyer just hasn't paid

We can see what you have for sale what you have sold and what items have completed without being sold.
I can not see a sold item

We can see your sold listings, if there were any. Does it exist in the sold section of your selling account? If not, then the offer didn't go through the proper process and that is why the buyer can't pay.

You cannot seller these on eBay and your account could be closed down because you are flouting the rules.

Online gaming virtual items - This is what I'm selling which is allowed clearly shown on their rules

Many users on Ebay sell electronically delivered virtual items very similar to what I have been selling. Ebay would have to be take down all of them if that is what you're suggesting? , That's quite unlikely

It's immediately above the part you quoted because you only saw what you wanted to see:

Electronically delivered items need to be listed in the Everything Else > Information Products category in the classified ad format. If the classified format isn't available on the seller's eBay site, electronically delivered items are not allowed.

That category doesn't exist on eBay.co.uk ergo, and this is the bit you seem to be missing, your listings aren't allowed.

On a brighter note, you aren't allowed to sell them for another reason:

Section 5 & 7 of the Rocket League EULA clearly state that you don't own the virtual items you get in the game, that any attempt to sell them for real money either inside or outside the software is prohibited and anybody caught doing it will have their access to the game removed.

It is time you found out how ebay works and what you do to resolve problems. Taking money from a members bank account without authority is called stealing.
