Getting paid through paypal

If you can buy things through paypal and get charged sellers fee's through paypal, why cant i get paid by paypal?
I kept having emails from ebay saying they were switching to bank payments and if i didnt change i'd not be able to sell, but i dont get it 😕

Ebay sellers are now being changed to ebay managed payments,and no longer supporting paypal payments directly into paypal accounts like they used to,they will go directly into your bank account once you sign up.If you don't sign up for manage payments you won't be able to sell!

You can still use paypal as a buyer but not as a seller.
