Getting ebay to stand in

I've been trying to return an item and seller won't give me details on how to return doesn't believe its faulty. I've followed steps on getting eBay to step in but there is no action button on the purchase more action tab. Please can someone help me

The option to escalate only appears 3 working days after you start the return case, and has to be done within 30 days.   Try doing it via the link on the ebay message you got when you opened the case.   Click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.
