Can anyone explain please, if you are a new seller and you sell something International using the Global shipping programme why you do not receive payment for 4-6 weeks from eBay, when an item sells and the buyer pays the seller has to wait until the item is delivered but ebay have been paid and have your money all this time surely this is not right but is happening. I E, i have just sold something using the Global Sipping Programme, buyer has paid but e\bay have put my money on hold until 10th of August as this is the EXPECTED delivery date But as we all know it may be SEPTEMBER when it is delivered do i have to wait til then to get my MONEY ANY help appreciated
