Hello,
I have recently bought an item to be collected on ebay and arranged for an AnyVan collection. The seller has now asked me to send them the collection code so they can close the sale but I am unable to click on the tab "Get collection code". I have tried on two mobile devices, and have uninstalled and re-installed the app to no avail. On my online browser the tab doesn't show at all.
Can anyone help?
