Gave negative feedback in error.

Could do with advice please.  I inadvertaintly gave a negative feedback to an ebay member, although my comments about the item was 'glowing' .

Quite rightly he is anoyed, very much so.   I really meant to tick POSITIVE but ticked NEG by mistake.  Any idea how i can change it please?

Ask the seller to send you a Feedback Revision request.  Tell them to go to Site Map, bottom of any page > scroll down past the categories, to Feedback > Request Feedback Revision.

I would personally like to thank **peaseblossom** for taking the time to answer my question and offering advice.
You were correct, despite my never sleeping a wink last night, worrying about my stupid error, all is fine now!
I managed to alter my feedback so everyone is happy!.
