GSP to Canada from UK?

Purchased something from the UK to Canada via the global shipping program. The GSP tracking numbers are only showing as uploaded and not shipped, but the seller sent me the tracking number from Royal Mail to the Pitney Bowes hub in Lichfield DO as being delivered and signed, but still no updates on my end, should the tracking number from Royal Mail not be tagged with my eBay global shipping tracking number? Otherwise how is that any proof that my package even hit the GSP hub if it’s not assigned to my package? Its been 5 days and the GSP tracking hasnt done anything. It has not even updated that its even reached their hub.

I’m looking to see if anyone else had this same issue and if it was eventually updated??

You can use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee and Open a Case in the Resolution Centre for Item Not Received one day after the last Estimated Delivery Date.  Escalate the Case after 4 days for EBay to Step in. They will Force the Refund.

Add the GSP Reference Number into the Case Notes.
