GSP parcel sent without Ref code

Hi there, can anyone help, I have sent a parcel for the first time to USA via GSP but I have not put the ref code on parcel, is there any way to contact the GSP site in Uk to inform them of the ref code by either email or phone number, it was sent to unit 3 Dove CL,Fradley Pk,Staffordshire, WS138UR,

I dont think that is possible but could be wrong

You would have to try and find a telephone number for either GSP or ebay but I doubt that will help

The GSP centre will deal with a huge number or items.

How did you miss putting it on as it is best to copy and paste the address to make sure it is correct

Did you put a return address on it 

Also an item of that amount of money shoud go special delivery

Thanks redwick1, I have managed to get some assistance from eBay customer services, yes was sent special delivery with return address on box, and mistake was due to first time used GSP and had to write address on parcel as awaiting delivery of printer ink, lesson learned thou, ta 👍

On the pessimistic side let us know how you get on as CS often say things and the action does not take place.
