I sold a guitar through the GSP, it arrived damaged, ebay told me to tell the customer to open a SNAD case, a significantly not as described case and i was told I would not be in away resonsible if it was damaged via the GSP, the cusomer spoke to them was advised to open a case now my payapl account is minus the money and apprently i have to wait 8 days for ebay to make a decision. I have spoken to customer service they have adimted that it was damaged via the GSP yet i still have to wait 8 days and lose access to my paypal account! how do i compin about this or take it further as ebay customer service is almost useless!
