I have a buyer in the Czech Republic who has bought 12 small seperate items from me.
I would combine and be sending just one package to him, but GSP wants £52 postage and £61 "Import charges" and now he doesn't want to complete.
Can I do anything to tell GSP there will be just one package so the fees to the Buyer can be reduced?
Thanks in advance.
No you can not combine items on GSP
The buyer could have put them in their basket and see what happened
Too late if they have bought them
Now they have bought them you have to stick with GSP
I am not surprised they do not want to buy them now as GSP is very expensive for the buyer
You could agree to cancel if the buyer requests you cancel and then list them as one
You could list them without GSP and do the postage yourself
The buyer would be responsible for any customs when they reach their country
Global combined postage =
The buyer can obtain combined postage by placing the items in the basket before proceeding to checkout.

At this time, seller-specified combined postage discounts aren’t supported by the Global Shipping Programme. However, a combined postage discount for the international leg of the delivery will automatically be applied during checkout when the buyer places all items in their shopping basket prior to making a purchase.
