GLOBAL SHIPPING RETURNS

Hi there, I have sold an item through global shipping programme so do not have the buyers address or details, how do I upload the necessary returns label as requested by Ebay return rules without the buyers details ????

why do you need the buyers address for a return?

I agreed the returns request and the Ebay page said I had to upload a returns label for the buyer, and to purchase one and upload it I need both mine and the buyers address. It is a bit complicated because I sent it through global shipping programme.

I may be being really dipsy but have now message the buyer direct to ask for the returns address I hope that is the correct way forward. many thanks :0)

You cannot return items via GSP.....they can only be returned using a normal postal service

Not sure why you are accepting an international return

Not as described should not require a return as they are supposed to be inspected by Pitney Bowes

You cannot issue overseas postage labels
