Futon sofa bed

I purchased a futon sofa be on 04/02/2021.
I decided to return it as it is too big for my new flat. I started a return with Ebay but realised item needs to be collected as it is about 20kgs I Icontacted the seller to arrange collection. Agreed to get a refund -£30 pounds for collection. Which was arranged for today and no one turned up. Could you please help. Thanks

COntact ebay by going to the top of the page Help and contact then choose Returns and find the contact details

Hi there,

Return is still open ( collect+). They are not collecting from home. It is asking me take it to nearest collect+ and the sofa won’t fit even in a normal car. That is why I contacted the seller for collection and agreed to pay £30. I messaged him little earlier asking him what happened with collection. I am waiting for his reply. We have a conversation history that was agreeing to the collection today.

You need to contact ebay and tell them.

It is quite hard to get a phone number
to call them or email address.

They will be closed now.
They open at 8 am on a weekday
