I sold two almost identical items, one of which payment is showing as 'on-hold awaiting delivery'. I had initially purchased the postage through the site, however the post office didn't accept the packages as the amount was incorrect. I paid again to post the items and processed the postage cancellation when I returned home. The funds from one item have cleared, and I have message confirmation from the buyer that the second item has been delivered. How can I get the delivered status reflected in eBay for the payment to be unlocked?
