a buyer has paid for two items via a single paypal transaction. They have requested a refund for one item which they claim was damaged. The refund request has been accepted and im waiting for the item to be returned. However Paypal have frozen funds for the entire transaction, not just to the value of the allegedly damaged item. Ive raised issue with Paypal who have told me to liaise with Ebay and of course the usual one size fits all genric reponses on Ebay dont assist - any advice?
