Funding Paypal to pay for eBay postage

Since managed payments have come into force for me, I now have to fund my pay pal account just to fund my eBay postage, is there a way for eBay to take my royal mail postage from my managed payments funds.. it takes about 10 days for funds to clear, making it a juggling act to keep enough funds in, is there anywhere to change this in settings, or are eBay going to change this soon?

I would never bother doing anything through ebay which can be done better another way.

Why not buy postage from RM, I am sure they have better ways of paying, and do not dictate how you pay.

I do pay for my postage via Royal Mail, when I click on Buy Postage after a sale the link takes me to Royal Mail, when I buy the postage, the payment comes out of Paypal, I would have thought the ebay would have integrated Royal Mail postage with Managed Payments. I get 1 or 2 sales a day so not really worth setting up a business account with Royal Mail, but my postage is £10.44 at a time, So I have to keep adding funds into Paypal every week, because it takes so long for the money to clear, whereas if it came out of managed payments I would not have that issue, What would be a better way of paying for max 10 parcels a week?
