Free monthly insertion fee and scheduling fees not applied

I have just noticed that Ebay has charged me both insertion and scheduling fees for all of my listings for September and October, despite having 20 free of each per month, and not having more than 20 in either month. This has never happened before. Has something changed or is this likely to be yet another "imperfection" of their systems?

Cant work out how to reply to one of the replies.

But, yes, I am looking at the actual invoice, not what I have 'technically' saved. And I have never had more than 20 listings, as originally stated, and each time I have listed an item the fee is shown as 'free'.

Further research on on the discussion boards shows that there has indeed been a change - in August. Relisting used not to count towards the 20 free monthly listings, but now they do. Well that's a lesson learned the hard way, and will seriously affect the numbers of listing on eBay I suspect.

you listed/relisted more than 20 items

If you tick the auto relist box the relists will incur a fee if you have used all your 20 free listing allowance.

go to:-

my ebay >>> account tab >>> seller account >>> invoices

to see a break down of the fees you have been charged.
