Free automatic relisting up to 8 times if an item is unsold

I received a message from eBay a few days ago stating that I could relist unsold items up to 8 times automatically & this would be free.  On my listings a tick box has now appeared to activate this if I wish, but it says a fee may be charged.  I only want to take advantage of this offer if it's free.  How can I have this confirmed?

I received the same off and there are no Terms and conditions.

It says automatic relist up to 8 times free but when you try to list box says Fees may apply

I would not use it until I was certain it was free

Seems to be another mis leading Promotional offer

Just read the T & C, most offers exclude 3 day listings so if you did use it might be charged for unless it was covered by the Free 20 listings.

Just my thoughts on the subject, but I think it would be unwise to list for 7 days. It would mean that listing always ended at the same time on the same day. You need to have a variation to try to catch different potential buyers.

I would not use it, it is no problem to relist items when they end, and if you use the Seller Hub you can relist in bulk.
