Free ads in motoring section

Hi All

I listed an auction style ad in motoring but can NOT get the " List with displayed fees " to activate the ad.

The fees box is displaying 0.00. 

Help please any one

Member since 12-Jan-02 in United Kingdom ... but based in the USA ? ... there are never any free adverts in the UK site Motors Categories ... may be different in the > ebay.com < site ?

If you're listing in the Motors catgeory, your listing fee will be £14.99, that category isn't free to list in.
