Fraudulent purchase

Help. 

Someone has accessed my eBay account and purchased a lawn mower. They have sent it to my old address. I've contacted the seller, but it's been dispatched. What do I do??

Enter "Hacked Account" into Help and Contact top left or at the very foot of the Page. Change all your Passwords and inform your Bank.

You change your password straight away and then contact ebay

Top of the page under Seller help and then scroll down for options 

If it has been dispatched then how did the seller get payment?>

Or get your old address

Did they hack your bank account/paypal account too

You need to check and take action there too is so.

HAcking usually happens when you click on a link in a phissing email
