Fraudulant payment

I do not want a stored payment card as my AX account was hacked through ebay and ebay for me is not secure.

AX rejected straight away but spent far too many calls and time trying to get ebay to understand that it was fraud but eBay was not with it

I feel eBay just wants commission.

You need to change listings for security grills.

You say new, but then say removed from window, so are USED.

You quote freepost, but then say collection only, you need to revise to remove P&P or buyers will expect you to post items.

What evidence do you have for claiming that your AX account was hacked through eBay? This would be very serious, if true. I'm not aware of any security breach involving eBay for some years.

What is an AX account, anyway? I thought this was something to do with Microsoft.

The overwhelming majority of account hijackings are due to the account holder falling for phishing emails, or otherwise being duped into giving away their passwords.

Without more information it's hard to advise you. In any case, if you want advice and not just to complain, you need to contact whoever administers AX accounts. EBay and PayPal's advice on securing compromised accounts only relates to accounts held with them.

You should be thinking more about how your card was hacked. It is not usually through ebay, but in many cases a phishing email which the card holder (you) opens and responds to giving away password etc. to a scammer.
