EBay doesn't take fraudulent payments, and a criminal would have paid himself, not eBay!
It doesn't look as though you have listed or sold anything on eBay, but you can make sure it isn't a selling invoice here: http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/invoice-display.html
As a buyer, there are two ways in which you may have made a payment to eBay. One is if you bought an item from abroad, using eBay's global shipping programme. You would have paid eBay for the international delivery.
The other possibility is that you have bought something from a seller who has now been placed on eBay's new managed payments system. If so, your will have paid the seller through eBay, instead of through the seller's PayPal account.
