Fraud on eBay ie Item Not Received and Not as Described

We are getting an unsally high number of claims recently for Item Not Received and Item not as described. These claims are coming from buyers whose account has in most cases not been used for a year or more and has come back to life in the last month.

On checking the feedback of one of these so called buyers I see that the last 8 items shown as purchased against his acccount he is claiming he did not receive any of them.

eBay seems disinterested in this. Obviously as sellers we are not important to them.

Adding to Redwick's advice, ebay do flag up members who make excessive claims on the money back guarantee, and will put a stop to that member's ability to use it. No one knows how many claims is too many claims though.
