I purchased a tricycle in December for my sons birthday. I did not assemble until today as my sons birthday is in next couple of days. However the item is faulty and parts do not fit correctly making the item faulty. How do I go about a refund as I've tried to open a request but it won't allow me to. I've contacted the seller and had no response.
