Forced to change Password constantly

Is anybody else being forced to change their password once or twice a month?  I'm geting so frustrated about this as I can't keep up with the constant change of passwords. I keep contacting Ebay about the matter but all they do is reset my password which i DONT want to keep doing! Its down to 'suspicious activity' which is what happens when I go from using ebay on my phone to using ebay on my Ipad.
