I would like received me parcel but I can't because missing fm code

The parcel needs to have arrived at the click and collect store first. When that happens, you should receive your code. 

If the seller gave you tracking, check that to ensure its delivered. 

If the parcel is over it's due date, check with the seller when they dispatched it, otherwise, you can open a case for item not received,
