When the buyer returns an item they should open a dispute or return
You deal with it through the resolution centre dispute
When you get your item back then you refund in full through the dispute
If you dont do it properly then you pay the fees
If you just refunded through paypal then you will pay the fees and a defect on your account
You could try and phone ebay and let them know and see if they will credit the fees
If they do then come back and let us know.
