Final value fee Offer not applied

Hi guys

i'm sure a final value fee offer of £1 on an item i was selling to someone

however i have been billed 7.50 instead 

1. is there anyway i can prove i had the offer when i placed the advert and

2. if i did is there a way to contact ebay via email to discuss

Hello Ian,

Did you list your item during the promotion's duration?  Did your item comply to all the T & C's?  For example,  1 - 5 day  listing durations are usually excluded from these promos.

If you think it was all correct,  you can check all this from the archived promotions if your item complied, then call eBay Customer Support from the Help & Contact tab with your information.

archived promotions is that on the ebay page

it was in the collectable cards section so not like motors ill double check that i didnt know that theere was a archived protmotions section

getting a "web page cannot be dispayed" thing ill need to try from maybe my phone or my own PC rather than my work one

Some things cannot be managed on a phone or app, best to use a laptop / PC. Yes, on your promotional offer sections top left is 'Archived', you can check there for that promo, to see if you complied with its T & C's. On Seller hub page, its under Promotional Offers at bottom is the link ... view expired offers.

If it was for the £39 Pokemon cards the answer is simple.....they were not listed under the offer as it specified in the T&C that multi quantity listings are not included in the offer !!
