Fees on postage for collection item?

I had postage and collection on a listing. Buyer chose to collect which was fine. Just tried to mark as paid and despatched as no collected option was available and dont want them getting loads of reminders to pay. But now its showing buyer has paid the postage, which will make the total they think ive recieved higher.

Will I get fees on this extra amount by ebay.

Im not sure what to do to remove that as though its listed collection as a payment option, it now looks like they paid some other way, with postage included, which will add to my total monies recieved counter on ebay 😟

If you marked as paid including postage then you will have been charged on the total

Too late now but before marking as paid you have to go to MORE ACTIONS > Send payment details > enter postage as 0.00 and send. Only then do you mark as paid and you are then only charged on the Item Price.

Thanks, tried unticking but theres no more actions option on there. Will look for it if I have this happen again, cheers
