I sold at £84.00 plus postage fee of £5.30 total of £89.30 I have received £77.57 I paid postage at the post office. So if I'm right you took £11.73 on an £84. Item. Is this correct?
"We" didn't take any fees from you. This is member to member support; there's no-one here from eBay, only other members trying to help. It's been some time since you last sold anything, so it would be wise to read eBay's new fees: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/selling/fees-credits-invoices/fees-private-sellers?id=4364&st=12&pos=1&q... In fact, they're not much different to what you would have paid before, when eBay and Paypal's fees were separate.
