Fees after sale was fully refunded

eBay is still charging me selling feesfor item tha was fully refunded. That can't be right.

I tried to find email options but non-existant

If you just Cancelled a Sale without a Buyers Request you will be charged the Selling Fees and will have given yourself a Damaging Defect.
