Feeling Victimised By Ebay

I am feeling victimised by ebay, as it appears they do not want to stick to their own rules.

I recently had some listings removed due to policy violation." Not allowed - replica, plated, or clad bullion"

OK, I admit I was in the wrong as I didnt know what I was selling contraveined the rules. I should also point out, that they were fully described as replicas and plated..

My ads were deleted and I was told that further sanctions would be applied if I relisted them.

It now seems there are lots of other sellers selling the same type of items, but ebay is freely letting them sell without restriction. Please see these auctions that seem to be allowed by ebay-

I can only guess that ebay wants to victimise me, or its rules only apply to certain people and this seems very uinfair that others can see, whilst I am prohibited from selling and have money tied up in stock I cannot list.

EDIT: I guessed someone would come up with the not reported reply.

The others have been reported multiple times using the "report item" button. Also by conversation with an ebay operative who confirmed they did not meet requirements. Yet they dont want to remove them.
