There was a ime when I was able to save Feedback comments and used them as required. (They usually appeared when I yped in the first letter of a Feedback sentence). This is no longer the case. Now I have to enter each new Feedback either by typing a new sentence or copying and pasting from a statement bank. Has anyone else experienced this problem, I wonder? If so, how to I correct it and return to using Feedback sentences stored o ebay.
