Is there any way to reverse a negative feedback that a buyer has given me with false information on? Buyer claims not to have received the item, thankfully I sent it tracked and it has shown as delivered. On contacting buyer he confirmed receipt but this negative feedback is still on my profile saying to other buyers he didn't receive it.

If you contact eBay customer support and with tracking proof of delivery to the buyer's address eBay should - or at least may - remove this feedback.

 

You can point out that if your buyer had opened a case under eBay's money back guarantee, eBay would have found in your favour if you uploaded tracking proof of delivery - and any feedback the buyer left left would have been removed.
