Feedback

How do you leave negative feedback to a buyer when you get negative feed back from them.
It seems to me that there is no options for a seller to leave feedback of neurtal/negative or positive on the mobile app..

Sellers do not have the option to leave negative feedback for a buyer full stop.

Your buyer has said that the items and boxes were damaged.     Did they open a case for not as described and you refunded them upon receipt of the items back to you?

IF you send an item and it gets damaged.....what usually happens is the buyer opens a not as described case and you refund them through the case.......then you as the seller try and make a claim for compensation from the carrier.

Sellers are responsible for getting an item to a buyer undamaged.  We all get problems from time to time and its how you deal with them that matters.     By biting back to their feedback, if i can be totally honest, does not reflect good on you.    It is not up to the buyer to contact Royal mail for possible  compensation it is up to you as i have explained above.

You have done yourself no favours unfortunately by your follow up feedback 😞

I am not sure if you can rescue to situation with the buyer.

You could try messaging them and be honest and say you didnt realise that you were still responsible for the items arriving undamaged.....even when in the hands of Royal mail and you have no control of how they handle them.    If they have not already done so suggest they open a not as described case so you can refund them and pay for the return tracked postage through the case.

IF you can get back in the buyers good books they may agree to you sending them a Feedback Revision Request to change the negative.     Saying that.....you must not and cannot make this a condition of you refunding them.

Hope the above helps.
